Open-

One arm DB snatches- 2 sets of 5 (each arm)

Bent Rows- 3 sets of 7, 60 lbs on BB

Bar thrusts- 3 sets 0f 10 (each arm) 60 lbs

20 mins on stationary bike

Release

Some shoulder exercises.
