old WO variation

Open-

DB Front Squats: 3 sets of 6- pair of 40 lb DBs.

Bar thrusts: 4 sets of 10 (each arm)- 60 lbs

Buelers: 3 sets of 7 (each side)- 35 lbs

Squat rows: 3 sets of 12- 180 lbs

20 mins on stationary bike.
