Bent row/swing/DB front squats: 6 reps each, 6 rounds (20-30 seconds between)
Bent row- pair of 40 lb DBs
Swings- one 45 lb DB
Squat Presses- pair of 40 lb DBs
BYT variation: lunges/push-ups/farmers walk: 5 each side/8 reps/ 30 feet. 3 sets.
lunges: 25 lb DBs
FW: pair of 80 lb DBs
10 min on stationary bike
PT: shoulder rehab and TFL strengthening exercises.
