Weights: DLs- 155 lbs, 185 lbs, 205 lbs, 225 lbs
GMs- 75 lb
BTs- 55 lbs
Squat rows: 3 sets of 10, 180 lbs
Jump-rope like hops: 2 sets, 1 min on- 1 min off
PT: TFL and shoulder strength stuff.
